Little Pilgrims Boutique Hotel

Stayed at this place with my family during our panorama rout tour. Family rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is pleasant and friendly, nice and quiet at night too. The Wi-Fi is a bit of a problem when inside the rooms, maybe you can improve on the breakfast a little it was a small let down and so it the bar, the drinks variety is small and the bar man seems clueless.Otherwise value for money indeed. Thanks for a comfortable stay, will definitely recommend others to stay there.

What a place, best I ever experienced...rooms clean...spacious rooms and bathrooms..food excellent...staff go beyond to serve you.....well done guys 12 out of 10...will definitely be back

Air-conditioned not working, Wi-Fi not working in room nr 2, chairs outside full of dust. This place should be a 2 star never a 4 star unless the rating in Hazyview differs from others in SA. Room's floor burned with a heater

Hotel itself if comfortable and quaint, staff are friendly and very professional, although food is a little pricey it is tasty and well presented. The only problem I have is that, my room is next to the parking which is next to a main road, there was the noise of cars and trucks the whole night. Other than that I would recommend

All staff were great, friendly and very helpful.Tracy and Collins specifically.Rooms clean and well maintained.Very nice Breakfast.Value for money.Bit noisy at night with music at the bar.Other than that, overal very good experience.

The smell in my room was unbearable,when I went to complain to the reception, I was told the shower will be cleaned but it was cleaned for one day. The stuff is amazing but their rooms need maintenance and to kept clean at all times

We swung by this place for a buffet lunch in the middle point of a 1000km outride with a group of bikers. Its was a nice stop, but the buffet spread could have contained more veg options :) A Pleasant stop.

We booked for 3 nights from 25-28th of December, the room description stated 1 king and 2 single separated by a door, when we got to the hotel, tired and hungry after a 9 hour drive the room allocated was 2 doubles. I brought this to the attention of management but to no avail or help, the manager then suggested he will find an extra bed to extend the double which i accepted for the night and to resolve the issue with the reservation clerk the next day. He then couldnt find a bed to keep his word! Room was filthy and dusty, blinds and floor had dust on them, shower didnt work as the water coming out was a trickle. We tried to have an early night but was near the dining room and the noise was unbearable.The next day i called the reservation clerk Goodman, who insisted he gave me the correct room, when we showed him the description on Agoda he arrogantly then argued that its Agodas problem and mistake and not his problem. he then also insisted that the room was not available and promised to check and call me back, 2 hours later i called him again and his arrogance increased and said he is checking and will call me back, still no call. after a long day at Kruger we get to the Hotel and find that we been allocated the correct room finally BUT our belongings have been moved without our consent after explicitly been told not to touch our things! the room aircon didnt work in the 35 degree heat in the small room, the bath tub tap was clogged and the sinks also.I requested that the reservation clerk refund me the difference between he room i booked and the one he gave me for the 1st night and he just laughed. i also repeatedly requested the managers number and contact details which they refused to give me
