The best boutique hotel that i have stayed. Great ppl, nice rooms, picturesque setting. Breakfast needs some tweaking though.

I was a little dissapointed with Pontac Manor, we spent the evening there because we were attending a nearby event, the staff was not friendly or helpful. We were just handed a key and makeup remover and sent on our way. No wifi password was provided and when you wanted to get it from the front desk there was no one insight to assist you. The room was nice and clean and comfy. When returning in the evening the gate had been locked and we were not able to enter, it would have been nice if someone had asked when we were expecting to return. We had to call the reception for them to open the gate. If you were a foreigner without a sim you would have had to sleep outside. We had breakfast included, but I was very dissapointed, rock hard scones, cheese that looks like it had been left out for a day and not enough staff to replenish the plates. Ended up stopping for breakfast at a coffee shop on the way home. Would not reccomend.

Pontac Manor is an absolutely fabulous place, and the service and food are excellent!! Thank you so much for your brilliant service and commitment to the comfort of your guests!! Special shout out to O'Neil, and the ladies in the kitchen, your food was fantastic and delicious!! We will see you soon again!
