Very helpful understanding customer staff - will say more when repairs completed

The repair took a week and a half, appreciated. I was unfortunately not informed about my car battery life which was coming to an end, upon fetching my car I passed by the shops & the car could not switch on, I had to be jump started.

The BEST and FRIENDLIEST service I have had the pleasure of experiencing, in a very long time!!!! They really did make this awful accident a lot more bearable and kept me in the loop all the way. THANK YOU so very much to everyone at Cronje's Autobody!

very dishonest business. On 11 November 2020, I took my Smart for 2 to Cronje's Autobody for a quote, They assessed my vehicle and sent me a quote to order a new bumper from overseas, by February 2021 this bumper was still not in the country. Cronje's then informed me that Mercedes no longer manufactured these parts and that they would look for a used bumper. By March (4 MONTHS later) they informed me that the used bumper was there and that they could start repairs. On the day that I took my car in I gave them the opportunity to correct their quote to reflect that they would be using a used bumper. At this stage they could have informed me that they were just going to perform repairs, They willfully and knowingly CHOSE to lie.Alas on the 26th of August someone bumped me again on my rear bumper and after assessment, it came to light that my bumper was never replaced by Cronje's and that they had just repaired my existing bumper. They did however charge my insurance company for the bumper replacement.My major issues are:- IF you are able to repair something why make me wait 4 months for non-existing parts?- WHY invoice for a bumper that was never fitted?I will never recommend or use Cronje's Autobody again.

At first I was impressed at the quick service. However recently my indicator stopped functioning. Very shoddy wiring work. I am really disappointed. Never using Cronjes again.

These guys are brilliant! The resprayed my entire bike in a week. She looks better than new and they even went the extra mile and cleaned up some of the chrome. Prices are very reasonable! I cannot recommend them more highly!

Exceptional service from Cronje's auto body! Cherise and the team are friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond; even replacing my damaged rim and polishing my car to a high gloss. It looks brand new! Would definitely recommend them.
