Outstanding customer service and a quality product! I ordered 200 magnetic puzzles as corporate gifts, and they were delivered to Pretoria in time for the deadline as promised. Tania was particularly efficient in her arrangements and we were kept updated on the progress throughout. The final product is incredible. You won’t go wrong ordering puzzles through this company.

I ordered a photo puzzle from Anchor Puzzles. The parcel arrived this afternoon (it only took 2 days), and needless to say, I'm extremely happy with the product! The box (with the photo on the lid) is of excellent quality and the puzzle itself has great color - taken into account that it's not a very good photo and was taken with a cell phone. Thank you Garth (as the spokesperson) and Tania and Sophia (the drive force) behind this business. You have every reason to be proud of yourselves. I shall definitely make use of your services again.

I’m giving 2 stars because the puzzles are really great quality but unfortunately the timeframe to get said puzzles printed has been ridiculous. They are very quick to take your money and put pressure on you to pay asap due to “deadlines”. However the deadlines they give you for delivery are never met. I understand that there are load shedding issues, but to take 2 months to get all puzzles printed is unacceptable. Then…. I find that I’ve been short changed and not all puzzles paid for were printed. It’s now been 3 weeks since notifying them and I still haven’t received the balance of the puzzles despite being given a few empty promises of “definite delivery dates”Great puzzles, but be prepared for a very long wait for receipt!!!
