My brother and I go shooting there almost every month and we always get treated like we are part of the family. Instructors are very quick to help if you need it and make you feel at home

They WILL over charge you, and and give you extremely poor service. On arrival you get to the security gate and the staff behind the desk, prefer to look" or glare at you before sliding stuff thing around the display cabinet

Experience 1 with Flora Guns HillfoxMy girlfriend and I went to Flora Guns underneath Hillfox and our experience was amazing :) from being welcomed into the shop to paying to use the range. The range officer was very patient with my inquisitive self trying to understand different caliber ammunition and so forth. Once paid we were escorted into the first safety stage acquiring safety glasses and ear protection once kitted up we were then allowed the opportunity to enter the room that feels like emancipation and smells of gun powder :) the Range Officer was extremely helpful with basic firearm safety but was not overbearing as many are, he was even kind enough to spend some time with us to give us pointers. Definitely going back :)

Very unsatisfactory, unfriendly personnel. I was there to purchase a holster and use range, but I was so put off by the service, I decided to take my business elsewhere . When asking questions about equipment, fees etc. I would hear nothing but absolutele silence by personnel sitting down, busy with their own thing in an empty shop. Occasionally repeating questions to hear mumbling sarcasm.

Discrimination. I went to Flora Guns thinking I would have a good time shooting because of all the good reviews. However, since the first step I took in the store, the gentlemen running the place progressively did things I really did not appreciate. These tactics were discriminatory. It was almost as if they did not want our business. One of the range safety officers that was responsible for chaperonning us, was on his phone for quite awhile and I had to go fetch him in order for us to even begin. I've been to plenty of commerical, public & military owned ranges spanning from the United States to South Africa. I am also a United States Marine, so I am very familiar on how commercial and ranges in general work. So watching how these employees conducted business with me and my company I say was very unprofessional and very unsatisfactory work. When confronted, one of the employees began to curse at me and was starting to become angry. Mind you, the man cursing at me and becoming angry was equipped with a loaded sidearm on his hip, again very unprofessional & at this point I felt unsafe. I will never return and I will be sure to warn & turn away coworkers and people I influence so that they may never witness the level of discrimination and unprofessionalism I've experienced in this establishment. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

I paid R4100 to these people for training and getting everything done for licenses for three guns. They just disappeared with the saying that they relocated. I paid this on the 4th of December 2018 and still cannot get hold of these crooks!!! I am in the process of getting a court order against them and will not lie down!!

FLORA GUNS has been CLOSED DOWN! their is NO relocation. Please be aware.. their licence to trade has been withdrawn. @FLORA GUNS give the right story next time

Thabani was awsome and friendly in assisting with the exercises and tests for competency. Range was nice. But was not too happy about shooting with a .22 caliber handgun which they say is the norm.

How do you get hold of these guys. I piad for the firearm in full and the application fees. I've tried to get hold of lucinda who is in charge of the liscencing and paid her in full as well.. She has also taken about 5 peoples money and she won't even take my calls. Pls help with any information.

Staff are friendly and helpful but not a good display of products on offer - most weapons in a safe. There is an indoor shooting range that I use quite often.
