Terrible quality today which is surprising as the food is not usually great but has been reasonable up to now over many years! The food was fried instead of grilled as was asked. The Chips were stale and the salad old. You have just lost a longstanding customer. I post one star because that is the lowest rating permissible.What's more your messages still come through to me two weeks after my trying to cancel it. Do me a favour and never send any communication to me again. This just adds injury to insult. Just do your job properly.

We bought hake nuggets and a medium sized hake with chips. The batter was dark at the ends and the stentch of old oil was thick. The taste of old oil made us stop eating our food. The service was average.

I ordered online and prompted for curbside pickup. I had to go inside the shop to collect my order because the cashiers said they don't do curbside pickups.To make things more unpleasant, when I got home my order had missing items. I asked them before I left if everything was in there and they said yes. I called the store, they transferred me to the managers office and it just rang. I even went to their online help portal and no one has gotten back to me.

Very pathetic and rude service over the phone. The man I spoke to was extremely rude and he refused to give me his name. He should not be in the service business. Fishaways Morningside specifically. And my order still hasn't been completed

What a horrible experience with this branch, ordered a meal via Urber eats, they sent the driver with the wrong meal and it was missing items. Worse part the meal was not sealed! they never bothered to check the order, worse part same thing happened to 2 of my colleaques. never again

Stunning seafood every time! I have tried several items on the menu and it’s always fresh and yummy. Their chips are also divine... we sometimes get the chips just to make a chip roll
