I’ve been lucky enough to have been able to do more than one photography trip with Ron from Nature & Photo, and what a great experience it was!! Ron is so knowledgeable and professional and the teaching he provides is incredible! He a patient teacher with a wealth of experience and the service he delivers on these trips is fantastic! You get some much valued one on one time as the groups are small and not to mention the great animals and nature you get to experience! If you are looking for a way to get back to nature, then Ron’s your man!

What an amazing experience! Being on the river during its early morning solitude, while experiencing an abundance of birdlife, is magical enough. Being able to capture some of it with the guidance of a photographer like Ron takes it to the next level. I can recommend this to everyone interested in nature and photography. Ron took us on an EARLY BIRD photography trip up the BERG RIVER.He provided assistance with some technical settings of the camera gear.Ron was also able to provide lots of interesting information on the bird species we saw along the trip. This trip provided us with the most photographic opportunities we have ever experienced. My photo count on a 2½hour trip was around 3500. For anyone interested in BIRD PHOTOGRAPHY, this has to be one of the best opportunities to see a wide variety of endemic species.

Going on a photographic outing on the Berg River with Ron was a fantastic experience. He keeps the groups small in order to give personal attention to each one. Ron's knowledge of the birds on the Berg river is phenomenal. He is a photographic teacher par excellence with a great love for nature. His sole purpose is to make people fall in love with nature and to teach them photography. Any trip with Nature & Photo is highly recommended - not to be missed!!

We had a great bird watching and photography trip with Ron on the Berg river. His photography tips were invaluable and we had excellent sightings including three special sightings with heron, cormorant and darter with their catches! Ron was an excellent guide with his birding and photography skills. We were a private group of 4 people and all of us viewed this as a highlight of our trip to the Paternoster area.

The Boat trip on the Berg River with Ron is HIGHLY recommended, a fabulous experience and well worth it!! So much so, we're looking forward to doing another one!
