If Google would allow me to give this company zero stars - I would. I’ve never had the displeasure of using a service provider more rude, arrogant, unreasonable and unaccommodating.Jaques was recommended to me by my previous contractor and so I assumed that he was a safe bet. Looking back, the red flags were all there - I repeatedly asked Jaques for pictures of what tiles he would be using, and all he showed me were some random images in a folder – but not what I would actually be getting. I also repeatedly asked for what the design layout would look like, but he was unable to send this either. Eventually my contractor drew up a sketch, and I created the final one to give Jaques guidance. I paid a 50% deposit so that he could order the tiles.When Jaques arrived on the day with his team, the security at my complex wouldn’t allow them access, because none of his workers had ID copies on them. He then stated that only 2 of his workers owned ID copies. He proceeded to scream at the security guards on duty and building manager, that they should just “turn a blind eye”, to which they obviously would not as they cannot grant access to people without valid identification for the safety of their residents. Those are the rules at ALL complexes. He had to leave, and ‘lost’ a day on the job because of this.The stone tiles were delivered that same day directly to my apartment, but it was NOT the colour we had discussed. He then very rudely told me that there was nothing that could be done about the colour of the stone, and I just had to accept it.He arrived the next day to do the installation, now on a mission to finish it in one day, instead of the two that he had quoted me for. Once again he begins screaming at the building manager and myself, as the complex rules require you to remove any visible rubble at the end of every day. He would only be able to remove the rubble the following week, which is beyond ridiculous, if you planned on completing the job within the same day - which meant I would have to sit with the rubble in my driveway where I usually park my car for a whole week until he decided to do something about it.Then he proceeded to scream at everyone again, and said he didn’t want to do the job anymore. I said that’s okay (at this point I didn’t want to deal with this man any longer than I needed to), but that he then needs to remove the stone from my driveway and give me a refund. He refused, got in his car, and left, and I have not heard from him since.So after using The Paver Connection I'm left with a colour of stone tiles I didn't want and my deposit gone.Do yourself a favour and don't use this company – it has been hurdle after hurdle, with no sense of meeting the client half-way. What an awful experience. My heart goes out to any future clients of his. Spare yourself the misery.

Jacques and his team did a fantastic job of the driveway, demolition and removal of the old concrete one and installation of brick one all within 2 days! And the team took special care with all the plants within the area to keep them in perfect condition. Highly highly recommended!

He and his team arrived ahead of time, materials were delivered on time, and the work was completed within the estimated timeframe as well! I found myself in need of a paver after we had a burst water main and a significant portion of our driveway had to be pulled up in order to fix the leak. I contacted Jacques at 4pm on a Monday, by 4:30 he had already come to inspect the site and an hour later the quotation was emailed to me. Insurance accepted the quotation and now five days after initial inspection the work has been completed.From the beginning to end I cannot fault The PaverConnection - their service, turnaround time, and absolute professionalism of Jacques and his three staff members who completed the work was outstanding. The finished work is of excellent standard, and the site was left very clean.We have already requested a quotation for additional work on our property and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of paving done. I contacted Jacques and his team to pave the area where my pool was demolished of which half of the area already had paving. They did an excellent job matching the existing pattern and the old and new paving has been blended beautifully. I would highly recommend the services of the team.

Dear JacquesI thank and commend you and the team for a job very well done. It is much appreciated. I love how neatly the cobble stones around trees were relayed...all spaces between cobbles fully filled with grouting and neatly done. Previously I had to use a tool to get leaves out between cobbles because of the wide empty spaces between them. I lost count of how many loads of sand you dropped off. The previous contractor"??? if I can call them so
