Efficient staff, great service.

They just don't answer the phone , how should one find out what is going on with your clients parcel if they don't answer the phone to assist. I am very unhappy with The Courier Guy Middelburg .

Not even one star. Tracking updated to Out for delivery" at 07h30 this morning. It is now 14h36 and still no delivery. Phone to Head Office they put you through to the Middelburg branch where no one answers. Get a "direct line" number

I had to contact them on FB with a message after the phones could not work due to electricity issues. They gave me a cell to contact, then service excellence from start to finish. And right on schedule it was received by the recipient. They really live up to their affordable reputation. I was extremely impressed by their professional attitude and pricing.

Friendly staff, assisted me on a weekend. Very quick response on emails, which was great.

They don't deserve any star, very useless incompetent courier service along with their drivers, They don't answer calls nor response to email, they also don't answer our queries on WhatsApp. It's been 3 days now they say my order is delivered... I don't even now the person who signed off I didn't receive any call from their driver before delivery and I clearly stated that they must call at least an hour early before delivery. I want my parcel or I'll be force to lay charges against them.

I see there is Numerous Complaints on here about Phones not being answered, and all the replies says that you take complaints seriously and will investigate!Well here i am now, holding for 45mins, no answer, Johannesburg cant get through to the Middelburg Branch, so your investigation and problem resolving skills are just about as effective as the ANC Cabinet's!We are small businesses using your service to service our customers! the least you can do is answer your d@mn phones!My clients parcel has been moving between Middelburg Hub and The Delivery Locker for 5DAYS now! every day being returned for a reason only God will know as there is no-one to contact and ask!!Why would it be returned EVERY DAY FOR 5 DAYS and no comms to your Paying customer or the recipient of the parcel??And Johannesburg branch cant assist in any way, because the driver on the data base is out-dated, and they cant reach the branch!Your poor management of your business is hurting mine! Service from the Middelburg kiosk is pathetic, telephones do not get answered, the promise made by the Middelburg kiosk and the tracking app give completely answers. The parcel should have been delivered 3 Jan yet at 12:30, it was indicated that it was still at destination hub. I have no idea where my parcel is because nobody answers their phones.

Was supposed to receive my parcel...truck got high jacked... and after 2 weeks of waiting I had to phone them just to hear oh the truck was high jacked. I asked why nobody phoned me... then they said oh someone was suppose to"... so what now????"
