Staff is friendly at the store itself however a mix up between adress made that our fibre is not installed and the fibre assistant hasnt come back to us to resolve the problem. Call centres must be approved upon.

Poor service!!! I have been waiting for my phone since last week even now I haven't received any feedback about it

Impressed that they fixed my phone quickly. The repair centre at Potch did not have stock last time but Hatfield did it fast.

I've been waiting for an update on the cost of my device which had an accidental Damage Insurance cover. When I check on my Vodacom profile, it says phone is ready for collection, but how when nobody wants to tell me how much the Excess fee is? I've been calling for a number of days to no avail. When you check online it says open, but when you go there, the repairs section is closed. The workers there seem unsure and unwilling to help. I asked when it'll be open, they said tomorrow. I went there the next day and guess what? It was closed. For 4 days I've been travelling for nothing. Add the excess fee, how much is a mere screen replacement costing me now? No emails work, no one is answering calls. Wow.

Very poor service. I had to wait for about 20mins before anyone attended to me. There’s no clear queue, you have to just walk in and hope someone helps you. Staff isn’t wearing uniform so you can’t even separate them from customers. Extremely poor and disappointing service.
