Wig&Queen Hair Salon

I will never set my foot in that salon again. A bunch of dishonest beings! I went to have box braids done, bought 5 packs of ombré hair on Saturday (the last they had in that colour). I rushed home as it was late and forgot two packs of fibre that were not touched. I returned the next day, not those two pack of fibre placed back on the shelves and them telling me they used all the hair for my head accept a small piece that won’t even be enough for a touch up!You run your business with no integrity! You discuss your clients in French (and I understood everything) and you have absolute no respect.I won’t ever recommend this place to a single soul. There are places who run their businesses way more professional and for the cost you charge to still be stealing the hair I bought separately is so disappointing.

I don’t recommend for natural hair. Stylist plaits too tightly, hair has been sore for 4 days. Expensive prices for styles that don’t match service you receive.

I had a really bad experience at wig&queen while purchasing a wig , in the store the hair started falling out of the wig but the lady that helped me said it’s because she had cut the front lace sectionI put the wig on a stand by the next morning so much hair had fallen out of the wig that there was visible bold spots so I decided to contact the store and the receptionist did not care at all and was very blunt , she said we can’t return it or exchange it for something else and just put the phone down in my earI received such bad service at this store and it’s traumatic for someone that’s already going through cancerWould not recommend that anyone buys wigs at this store.

the hair expensive but the quality of the hair is horrible and their customer service/ care is even worse. Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff as well.
