They are very organized, the staff is friendly and very helpful. They give a sparkle of hope for service delivery. Something that usually is a headache for me became effortless to go and do.

Fast and efficient and all staff are friendly and helpful - except for the one doing the eye test. She is rude the whole time and if you want to adjust your glasses for a better look, she pushes the machine away and you have difficulty adjusting it once again and she tells you that she's going to fail you and send you to an optometrist. Then she makes mistakes in taking your photo and you have to go back to her again and then she tells you that you must tell her before hand if there is something wrong - as if I made the mistake!! But like I said - all other staff were VERY friendly and helpful.....

The wait can be quite harsh if you go in the morning. I would suggest to go at around 1pm, was much quieter then with barely no queue.Eye test machine broke and we had to wait for around 2 hours before it came online again. Cashiers are very slow, and all staff took lunch at the same time around 12h00, instead of eating in shifts"
