The products are what I expect to be. I'm very worried about the staff at both charmers. Those ladies act like they all have personal problems and they bring them to work. The service is not good because they seem to always be moody.

Bad service infact there is no customer service , Especially the lady with a marked face who sell hairpieces inside the counter very stinky attitude, I will advise anyone not to go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
