Absolutely the worse after service I have ever experianced with any company! While they are selling you the items they are the most wanderfull people. Until such time they have to sort out a fualt. They will leave you complaining until your warrenty is done then say sorry we cant help you.Disgusting completed disgusted with this!

Why do i have to wait everytime when I call them and ask them, do you have stock & do i have to wait, they say we do have stock and you dont have to wait, but when i drive 1 hour to pick up the order, they have no stock, Flipping Rediculous, waistimg peoples time like this, i hope you lose alot of customers to this review, because this is absolutely ridiculous

Bought my Epson F2000 from them on 12 February 2014. This printer is still running. When you buy from Chemosol, you join their family. Thank you all at Chemosol, I am so glad I bought from you!One should not name people when all support you. But Boss Dov, Sort it Out Graham, support ladies H and S, credit control lady E and her long suffering boss, thank you all.With your support my F2000 and I have survived long beyond our projected parameters.

Very poor service. Non existent service.Took my screen in to expose new image. No customers were around, yet I still waited to be attended to. Took my laptop in to copy artwork in usb for them. They insisted on emailing it. Emailed it. Called the next day as they said it would be ready. Called all 3 numbers, no answer. Went in, said didn't recieve artwork. Got questioned if I had an email account, even though I showed I sent the email. Resent. Said it will be ready later that day. They'd call me. 2 days later and I'm still waiting for them.I asked for a price list for water based ink 1 and 5kg tubs. Guy told me no price list, budget R200 per kg.Very disappointed. Those who are coming in for this service, be prepared.

Useless, futile.No responds at all to any of my emails.Phoned, get put on hold - 5 min later my call gets dropped.When I finally did speak to someone and requested a reply to my emails - I am still waiting!??!Immensely disappointing!
