We installed our heat pump linked with solar about a year ago and were very happy with the service and quality of the installation and the product. Due to recent water quality issues and problems caused by erratic loadshedding schedules we needed assistance to change settings and flush the system. Carl gave assistance after hours via WhatsApp and then also sent out staff to do the necessary who were friendly and efficient and responded to our needs.
