Only go here if you want your suit ruined. These idiots turned the inside pink and didn’t so much as shrug when I complained. Not that, but they didn’t return the waistcoat of my three piece suit.

Took my son's beautiful pure wool suit to be dry cleaned with cream lining. He has just removed it from the plastic wrapper & the lining is now PINK. Fabric feels different.He is extremely upset about it. Phoned to ask. Told to bring it back & they'll TRY to do something. No apology.Don't take anything there. They used to be so good.To add insult to injury the waistcoat was missing too & shop closed when we discovered this. Probably because the back of the waistcoat was dyed pink too. - they must have known about their mistake but made no mention to us on collection. Such bad service & poor communication.

I've been happy with the quality of the dry cleaning service itself, but goodness the lady at the front is rude. I dread going in because of her attitude and how unfriendly she is. This is not a personality for front of house. Please can you put someone else in front to deal with customers. It's horrible to be dealt with in this way every time.

These guys totally stressed me out. I took in a suite to be steamed a few days before my wedding. The suite was linen and I specifically asked if they had a steamer to handle the creases. They insisted that I need not worry and it will be done. I picked up the suite the day before my wedding only to find it was worse than when I took it in. Naturally I was a bit upset and voiced my opinion on their lack of delivery. The employee at the back got quite aggressive with me as he obviously could not handle the criticism that I was giving him on his really pathetic work ethics. Be careful using these guys. If they had just been honest and said they cannot do linen suites I would have made an alternative plan. The management were also not very helpful in sorting out the problem. They did not see the urgency of he matter.

These guys don't mess you around. They had my white suit clean of impossible-to-remove stains by the agreed upon time.I certainly recommend these magicians to anyone looking for drycleaning at an affordable price.

Outstanding service - one of a kind! The only dry cleaners that I trust with everything, even my most delicate, valuable and precious clothing and bedding items. They came highly recommended and have for decades never let me down. They also advise me in the rare case of a potential issue, such as the possibility of not being able to remove a certain stain without damaging the material.

Don't bother to take them any leather goods. I have taken them leather gloves, jackets etc etc and they always say they cannot clean that particular item but they can clean other leather BUT they can't. Don't waste your time they can never clean anything I take them.Update:I appreciate that the owners responded to my review. However one start is still appropriate since despite a reputation of being good at cleaning leather garments my (by now far more extensive than I would like) experience is that they don't clean leather. If you need leather cleaned then go elsewhere.

Damaged a raw silk wedding dress beyond repair. Aggressive attitude from staff. - I note with distaste the attempt to Dox the client with her details. The response by the company is incorrect. The dress did not have oxidised stains before your company cleaned it". Your company informed me that the dress had disintegrated after you had applied a spot cleaner. Subsequent denials and shifting of blame to the customer is not helpful and frankly unprofessional. Photos of the dress clearly show before and after."
