Umhlanga Dog and Cat Grooming Parlour

Kerry and team were excellent with my Furbaby.

I just moved to KZN and have been looking for a doggy Parlour for my little Dogmo Scooby. I came across Umhlanga Dogs and Cats. Spoke to a humble lady, Kerry. What a pleasure it was, the service and experience at the Parlour was phenomenal. Best place for your pet grooming.

We only have praise for Umhlanga Dog and Cat Grooming parlour - Excellent, Professional and the best parlour we have used ever.We drive 150km each way just to take our dogs to Umhlanga for their grooming.Two words only can describe our overall experience for years - Highly Recommended! Thank you to Kerry and the Team - you guys are just amazing and our dogs come back happy, beautiful and full of tail wags. We will be back in 4 weeks!

I visited Umhlanga dog and cat grooming parlour with my beautiful 2 year old spaniel , who is my total baby. While he is generally good natured, he snaps and is aggressive when anyone tries to cut his hair. We have tried and failed to get him groomed so many times. I had grown anxious and worried that we could never get him groomed without a sedative (which for me is a last resort). I came into the parlour hoping they could help me but not knowing if they could. Kerry and her staff were absolutely professional and delightful, they muzzled Hamilton for me , treated him with care and now he is a total Prince! Completely groomed. I am so grateful and totally recommend this parlour. Reliable, thorough, reasonably priced, amazing friendly staff, you couldn’t as for better. Alice

My worst experience ever. I will never ever ever take my pets back to this parlour. My Persian kittens were returned stinking , and injured and bleeding... I am still awaiting the requested footage from the parlour to further investigate what actually happened.

Kerry and her team are amazing, you will not get more friendly or professional service at any other dog/cat grooming parlour! Kerry facilitated our Chow Chow who is already a bit challenging with the most amazing service and care, we will be customers for life:)

What a lovely secure and second hone for your pets. I have left my furry babies here twice and this has become their home away from home.Such care and love given to them and pics and videos sent daily to set your mind at ease. They completely open their home to your babies and care for them as their own.Definately a nice holiday retreat.

Although I could not get my monster siberian groomed.staff were superbly patient with him.will recommend this place anytime.

I'm very impressed with Umhlanga Dog and Cat Grooming. Our 3 Jack Russell fur babies came back looking so neat and clean. They were shaved and smelling so good. It's like having 3 new fur babies. I highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again and again. And the price is so reasonable. Worth every cent.
