Clean and very friendly staff. Very nice pool area that has a braai and pool table to enjoy the day next to the pool.

The place is really beautiful and neat but so much has been done and put in a very small space. For instance, some bedrooms have no privacy as you can access them while going to the bathroom or outside, and there's only one spot for parking per unit, and it's a very tight parking. The other frustrating thing was the unit numbers, they weren't sequential, which we didn't understand why they would do it like that considering their tight 1-way drive, hopefully they consider changing that. Also, maybe putting sachets of sugar and coffee/tea would help. But other than that, the place is nice and the breakfast was really good.

My family and I really enjoy our stay at St. Lucia lodge hence it was our very first family getaway. We would like to extended our out most gratitude to the management and stuff of St. Lucia lodge for their warm welcome and making our stay even more exciting, and being able to accommodate such a big number. We are a bunch of noisy individuals but we were accommodated. We loved everything about it, it so refreshing and clean. We as the Mnyandu family created memories at St. Lucia lodge and hope that one day in future we will return to such a beautiful place and creat more memories.Once again thank you to the management and staff, your work is highly rated, thank you.

Well, if you'd like to experience what it's like to stay in an African night club then this is the place for you.The rooms are right on top of each otherBe prepared to stay up until 2 or 3 in the morning with people shouting, drinking, loud music, bottles breaking and all sorts of disturbances. The 'entertainment area' is pretty much none functional, except the pool, the pool was nice when not over crowdedCutlery and crockery were gross, we had to wash up before we could use themShortage of crockerySelf catering yet no where to pack your goodsBed sheets had to be replaced because of snot or something on it6 sleeper, 1 toilet and a kitchenette for 6 people which you can barely fit 3 peopleAircon doesn't work, just blows airBeds are comfortable thoughPhotos you receive when querying the place are misleadingParking is a jokeFree wifi, non functionalI should have read up on the reviews because many others have experienced the same.Sorry to say but we will never stay there again. Rather spend a bit more and look elsewhere. Clearly filling beds is more important than customer experience. Very disappointed to say the least.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Its been 5 days without hot water and electricity. When we raise our concerns we are told to be patient. How is one to be patient when you have to take a cold shower and are unable to cook? The receptionists don't know anything and the owners are never available.

Difficult to stay place. Parking space is very tight and you park in front of your balcony. There is power cut every 6 hours for 2 hours with no water supply. They don’t provide any soap in bathroom and lots of mosquitoes in evening, u need to burn mosquito coil to make them stay away. There is no arrangement of backup torch light or candle in room so u stay in complete dark. Wi-Fi is there for name sake, signals hardly reach your room and speed sucks, it gives connection errors. Also mobile tower signals are quite weak too. There are restaurants and grocery store nearby. Staff is very helpful and try to help the best they can. Be prepared for some of the rough experience

Very beautiful place, and very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay, loved the swimming pool. The kitchen and bar was closed when we were there.

Good place. Rooms of 4 people a bit small if 4 adults, no privacy. Better if 2 adults 2 kids.Pool is big and clean

The rooms are basic you get what you pay for. They are clean and adequate for a couple on holiday. The location is great because you can walk to town for anything you need. I gave 5/5 for the service Debbie and her team give. The little touches made our anniversary special.

Rooms accommodate up to four people but there is parking only for one car. Only one toilet paper roll given per day... For FOUR people. No sugar, tea/coffee in the rooms!! No alcoholic drinks allowed in the pool area, but their bar literally has no alcohol options! The lodge is at a nice area but rather book a different place, especially if you're a group. I would NOT recommend
