I've been a returning Jack Friedman customer for over a decade, and their commitment to their craft is unmatched! I had a ring custom-made in 2022 and recently contacted them regarding an issue I had with my ring - the owner of the franchise and Cassy (whom I bought the ring from - she now works at Jack Friedman V&A) were so gracious and generous about correcting the issue - I couldn't recommend Jack Friedman highly enough!! (Particularly to anyone planning on having a highly detailed custom piece made - the craftmanship and attention to detail present in their rings is extraordinary!!) Their dedication to customer satisfaction and aftercare service is also unmatched - I will definitely be returning to purchase from them many more times in the future! :-D

My partner and I had such a beautiful experience at Jack Friedman. We were assisted by a lady called Nom. She gave us an excellent service. The passed few days we've been visiting other jewellery outlets, never at any point were we treated the way we were treated at this store. And the paperwork that comes with the jewellery is so professional and insightful. They have us as customers for life. Thank you for the love.

All I can say is wow! From the moment I stepped into the store till the moment I left the second time was just an amazing experience. I did engraving work on my own wedding ring as well and the attention to detail and timeliness was outstanding. Tetiana consulted me and I can really say I appreciated every thing she did. Result was better than I could've imagined. Very happy!

Suraya was amazing! My fiance and I went in there looking for a wedding band, she helped us all the way and gave us her honest opinion and went above and beyond with helping out! She followed up and made herself available to us whenever we needed her! She is the calm every bride needs!! Amazing would recommend them definitely!

I would like to express my gratitude and comend you on one of your staff members Suraya. May I just say that I was super impressed with the level of service I received. I was welcomed by the door, she was engaging and very friendly. She sat me down, we discussed my wedding ring of which I dropped BTW and sadly lost one of my stones. I went all over to get this ring fixed with no success, until I walked into your store and met Suraya. She made me feel at ease, took the ring from me and by miracle made it happen, she fixed my wedding ring. Upon receiving the ring, it looked brand new, she rhodium plated it and I was speechless. TRULY amazing customer service. Well done Jack Friedman Canal Walk. Be proud of your staff member Suraya. Thank you
