Really good food. Unique, custom made meals tailored to your needs in addition to a case full of food, desserts, and pastries. Fast service. An unassuming place from the street.... The interior is finished oh so beautifully with a fantastic outdoor and self contained courtyard that is much like a European bistro. Absolutely delightful. Fantastic.

First time.... Wow food is great. Very friendly guy that helped us. Even swopped out the mushrooms for avo. Hidden gem. Definitely worth trying.

Wow! Where to begin! Came across AITK on Instagram and was enticed by the amazing pics and menus only to discover that they were only 10 mins away from my house! Made a quick trip to check it out and instantly hooked! Loads of interesting goodies to buy and the selection of baked goodies was amazing! Tried one of their meals that evening and it was delicious! Ordered a meal the following week for delivery and was even better! Have since ordered a few meals and even an entire cake and over the moon with their quality, service and the food is really special!! Like the best home cooked meals you have ever had, really really good! Guys you have a new super fan! Can’t get enough! Update 1 year later and still a super fan! My whole family knows about you because I order so often!

I love this cute café. Always has great quick coffee’s and lattes. Freshly baked scones, cakes, and treats. They have a wide selection of hot meals that you can buy if you’re feeling a bit lazy. The soups are out of this world. Also I love their little market where you can get imported goods like oat milk. They also have freshly prepared meals to reheat at home or frozen ones for when you’re in a pinch.Pro tip: order and sit in the back patio because it’s so peaceful unsuspecting.

Stopped for breakfast before our morning beach walk. Friendly service and so many options to choose from. The lava cookie is an ABSOLUTE MUST!! Will definitely be a regular stop. They have fresh produce, frozen meals and ready to go meals!

Just found this Deli by chance today. Noticed some lovely home made cakes, pies and pre-made meals. I bought a potato salad and a single square jam tart. Only rating it a 3 as there wasn't much to choose from as far as a quick bite or meal is concerned. They did have some pepper steak pies but it was R40 a pie and I found that pricey. I would say that one can buy it for a dinner meal if you like. Will definitely pop in there again. All food looked like it was freshly prepared but mostly pre-ordered meals for pickup. Just my observations but do give them a look up.

Unfortunately not nomad friendly. The seating is out in the court yard. There is a plug point but it only works with a SA plug or a very small adapter. You would need to bring an extension cord. Haven’t tried food or coffee.

Perfect atmosphere! Very lovely welcome and service everyday.Each day changing lunch specials. Good coffee and fresh backed things ...good for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee!Was here around 30times while my stay ;)
