Delivery is long yes, which I understand and you are warned about, but I sent clothes back almost two weeks ago, clearly marked with order numbers and completed return forms to speed up the process and I still don’t have my refund. If it’s not nice material then it’s too tight on the chest or gapes under the arms. I needed that refund a week ago!!I wanted to order another dress that I’ve ordered before in a different colour for a function with part of the refund but I’ll never get it in time now!

Horrible experience. Purchased my items more than a month ago. Last week I received an email saying the company had closed down permanently. When i enquired about the refund, there was no response. More than R2k down the drain. For you to expect customers to wait while you resolve whatever issues you’re having on your side is completely unacceptable! I’m not interested in the items any longer. I just want my money back!!

Order #51305 for R639 one dress. I hve been waiting in excess of 23 business days for my delivery. There's really no excuses any more for non delivery or very very late delivery of items customers hve ordered. Either deliver on time or refund people their money I don't care how nice yr customer service is!!! If you really hve the products & don't care overly about high profit margins you wld sell through Takealot who always deliver timeously & credit timeously. SA consumers are fed up with less then 100% competent Service Providers!!!

My order was placed and paid and still did not receive my goods. From 27 April the only feedback received is Management is trying to resolve the issue" what the issue is nobody knows. My view is if you cannot deliver on your promises

Ordered and paid for a few items in March. Was promised delivery multiple times for next week" Nothing arrived. Then an email to say they were closing down and no response to any communication since. This is FRAUD. u cannot take peoples money then "close your business" and disappear! An absolute JOKE."

What happened to the comments a few months ago that you are not scamming people. After numerous attempts to get hold of you I had to find out tonight that your online store had closed down. Will we get a return on money already spent?

Ordered items more than a month ago valued at around R1800. Received notification a few weeks later saying they had closed down shop, and now I can't get a hold of them. It's been 3 weeks since I last received word.
