Super disappointed in my haircut I got!I did not feel welcome and the communication from the stylist was bad, resulting in my hair being chopped off way too short! Not to mention how unevenly it was cut. I have even showed pictures of what I wanted. The more I asked the stylist what she was doing, because what she was doing looked strange to me, the more I was being told to relax and not stress because she knows what she is doing.No true sympathy was shown and nothing was actually done to compromise for my bad experience. I asked for a refund since I was not happy, but I just got completely ignored. Now I have to spend even more money on buying products and supplements to make my hair grow back.

Fatima did an amazing job with my hair. I've got very thick and long blonde hair and my hair has never looked so healthy and beautiful. She is very experienced and you can rest assured that she will make you look like a million dollars!

Anthea consulted with me and did a very thorough color on my hair. I was very impressed with the results. She also cut off all the split ends and did a Brazilian blow out treatment. She advised the Brazilian shampoo, conditioner and heat protection products for at home use to ensure the color and treatment lasts optimally. She was very professional and I was offered 2 complimentary coffees, which was great, as I was there for 3 hours. I’m of the opinion that their services are at a reasonable price and will highly recommend this salon. They also have a beauty salon very close by, and they offer a range of different treatments, nails, waxing, facials, micro blading etc. The hair salon is located at the Pick and Pay side of the mall, so turn left at the mall entrance and look out for the Pick and Pay when parking.

I inquired about purchasing a voucher for a friend regarding a Brazilian blow out , products and treatments via e-mail.The lady that is assisting me is so patient and helpfull.I really appreciate the help so far.I am yet to buy the voucher next month and will post review after my friend had her session there.But so far excellent service

Had bad experience at Wizards hair salon George garden route mall. Went for a tint, the African lady burnt my scalp with the hair dryer, the other machine she used left me dying of the heat, only till I complained that she switched it off. She was rough pulled the little hair a have left out, WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN !!!R1,200 LATER!!!

The salon is fantastic... my haircut and colour also really good however I honestly just felt I was being pushed to buy products the entire time I sat there. I was offered various products and treatments on atleast 6 occasions while I was there, I found it extremely pushy and uncomfortable - what happened to just focussing on the job at hand - it already costs an arm and a leg? As I said I was happy with the service provided but will never go back.
