Been buying from them for years. Although there are many hardware stores around there prices are tops. Great and fast service.

Nice place, good prices and friendly staff

The worst service i have ever had. We ordered 3m3 of sand and stone on Wednesday morning 19th May 2020. Francois said he would try his best to deliver the same day. We had no feedback by that afternoon 3pm so we called and asked when we would receive delivery. Andre said there were too few people in the yard to load the truck and that we would receive the sand on Thursday and they would let us know when the truck leaves the yard. We heard nothing the entire day and phoned twice to ask about the delivery. Again, the excuse was that they were swamped. It is now Friday the 22nd May 2020 at 11am and still no delivery. We phoned at 7am and we were supposed to be one of the first deliveries this morning as per Francois, but again, we are sitting without communication from anyone at the store. The fact that we have to keep phoning for updates is unacceptable. We stay 5km from the store so it is not as if we are far from the store. What irks us the most is that we were promised delivery 3 times already and still have received nothing. We will never recommend this store and we will never purchase from them again. If i could 0 stars, i would, but I have to click at least 1 star. I hope the manager of the store reads this review and realises there is a huge issue regarding service delivery and actually does something about it because this type of poor service should not be tolerated in business.

Struggling as all businesses do, used to be very busy but not anymore!

Always good service, staff are well trained. Management are friendly and always willing to help with advice if you need it.

The shop is nice and clean. The people are very friendly and try to help the customer. They know the product in the shop and they do give good advice.The prices on the goods are cheaper that some other shops.Thank you Jack's paint and staff,I have decided to come back and buy at Jack's paint.
