They did a thorough full service, auxiliary battery for my 10 year old Mercedes. Brake pads, windscreen wipers. I'm happy

Worse experience ever. I took my car there for an oil change service . On the same day after the service I went to garage to fill petrol. The attended at garage did water and oilcheck. Only to find that there was no oil showing on the stick. I immediately called Bosch to notify them. I was told that oil was put and that they have a new oil that they use and that I shud not add oil. Bear in mind my car is still new and there wer no leaks to show that my car had an existing leak. I went back to them after few days to hear exactly what the explanation of them saying that they use new oil. But no explanation was given to me. Instead they said my car probably has an oil leak , without even checking the car. They eventually put in the oil after complaining. Beware guys , these people are not professional at all.

People please be careful never bring your car to Bosch in Florence Nzama there is a Muslim guy called Abdul he's so unprofessional and poor customer service he'll broke your car and make u pay again I took my car for major service it came back broken down and he said it's not he's fault.

Came in for a vehicle service. Great customer service, took care of my car and kept me informed, price is affordable. Only bad point is they didnt wash the car properly
