Got to my unit at night. No lights due to loadshedding. No solar lights or candles!!!??? Cannot see a thing! Phone battery low. Fell over chairs and steps due to the total darkness. No one answers at reception after numerous phone call attempts. So remote and dark that no-one would hear you if you got injured. Totally disappointing!!!! And it is more than R2000 per night!!! Will not recommended staying here.

Golf course is fantastic HOWEVER, no marshalls on the course, took almost 6 hours to finish a game, horrible experience if you a golfer, we had to wait for 45 minutes for a golf cart after booking days in advance, cannot get hold of the resort no one answers the phone,,, etc etc, service is pathetic

Beautiful houses, although the house we had book didn't have much in their kitchen cupboards as it is self catering it was very beautiful and the staff was friendly too. The place is serene and peaceful.

The fact that the restaurant doesn't have physical menus but instead requires you to use your cellphone to view what they serve is so ridiculous and inconvenient that I cannot fathom the reasoning behind the decision.

Zebula was magnificent. The staff were friendly and efficient. The facilities are world class, and the rooms are pure luxury! Zebula Waterberg was even better - romantic, luxurious and peaceful. If I could give 6 stars, I would!!!

Disgusting service. Place we stayed had a broken toilet without a seat. Rooms were filthy. Oven was broken. Reception was rude. When we tried to get our deposit back they dodged my calls. After 15+ calls we eventually spoke to finance department, who promised to call back and never did. Been 18 days since checkout and still no deposit. AND! They keep deleting my review! DON'T STAY HERE!
