Extremely rude service. We had an appointment we wanted to cancel and enquire about another property. Bambie became really rude when I cancelled the first appointment, did not even give me the opportunity to ask about the other property. You would have guessed when you work with clients on a daily basis you would be more professional, even if you are busy at that stage, just a simple can I call you back" will suffice."
