I can’t remember the last time I dealt with such an inept office. It was very frustrating to get a divorce summons served to my spouse in CT. These people don’t respond to emails and don’t call back when they say they will. The reception/admin ladies have very poor communication and organisational skills-they don’t know how to listen to a query before just responding. And to top it off, when I eventually got the signed summons back, they failed to have my spouse sign the settlement agreement section. I could swear this was their first time dealing with such a service request.
