Geena is my absolute FAVOURITE stylist in the world. Would travel across the country to see her! The time she takes to make sure the colour looks good, that your hair gets the treatment it deserves and how she just knows what will suit you is beyond the level of professionalism I expect in a stylist! Geena and her assistant spent extra time making sure I was happy, comfortable and having a relaxing time during my appointment today! Thank you Geena!

Such bad styling for the blowdry. Truly horrid. Just tell them exactly what you want, Do NOT TRUST THEIR DISCRETION. Hair dressers do not actually know what's best for your hair. You know your own hair better than they do.

Reception cancelled two appointments over one week, each time a few hours before the appointment. The reason was that the hairdresser had hurt her leg... Once is acceptable.

Love this place. They do an amazing job and you feel pampered with all the amazing products they use. I had my blonde highlights touched up and Rudy was excellent as well as friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

What a phenomenal salon! I was so delighted with the care that Shannon, Patricia and Kia showed me for a last-minute booking to get ready for some work headshots. The team were friendly and dazzled me with their service. I walked out feeling AMAZING and am so happy with my new hair colour (plus the Davines treatment was out of this world!) My girlfriend and I arrived about 15 minutes late you our appointment which was with a Master, that was near the end of the day. My girlfriend wanted to do a big procedure, when we arrived Tracey, the master we made the appointment with started to complain about us being late, which makes complete sense. I suggest we come the next day and a bit earlier so that she doesn’t have to stay behind too late after work. She refused and said that it is ok and she will make it happen. We were very happy to hear. The issue was that my girlfriend had beautiful red hair, which even Tracey complimented, my girlfriend wanted to change to a brunette color with blonde ends. As anyone knows that to change a red to blonde is very difficult, but Tracey said she was up to the task and as a master of course we trusted her word. At the end of the procedure my girlfriend was happy but there was one issue that the new shade of blonde and brunette didn’t flow too well, with there being an awkward zone between the two colors. We expressed our worries to Tracey, she told us to not worry, use certain products and it will even out. When going home my girlfriend was happy but she said she felt as if Tracey was rushing. Well 4 months down the line after listening to all of Tracey’s tips. This is what my girlfriends hair looks like:

Really underwhelming on the side of guys hair. Quoted price was much lower than what I ended up paying, color on my hair was inconsistent and I didn't seem important enough to have the full attention of the stylist, who seemed distant" which concerned me about proper engagement. My hair looks a mess
