Burgerbox Roadhouse Brakpan
Really lovely place to come and eat with kids. Amazing playground and the food is to die for. They have really good options for everyone and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The facilities are always clean and neat. The roadhouse option is also great for those who don't want to leave their cars.

Was my preferred roadhouse but sheesh better service at McDonald's even if you have to sit in the queue. Had to wait 10min before someone realized I was parked there and my little one was playing at the playground. The food is great so far without any disappointment and the onion rings are a great add. I would think with this day and age service would be priority to keep clients but businesses comes and go and so will they. Hope they improve before the damage is permanent.

Was proud supporter but not any more.Normaly phone orders through after 9 attempts (and this wasn't the only occasion)I stopped.Whent their and ring number phone rings nobody answers.Sorry,will stick to Mr Delivery.

I just came from Burger box.My kids order ribs.I speak to the manager and he said that's is how they ribs are.He did give my kids a little piece for free with meat on it. So I pay for bones .The ribs is more bone than meat.My little girl order milkshake,when she open the cup to drink the last there were 3 baby cockroach's on the bottom of the cup.So I show the manager and I could see he wasn't impressed with me because I complained again.All he could say is sorry mam .I won't buy anything there again

Excellent food, service and value for money! R20 breakfast including coffee is unheard of in 2019. I doubled up on the breakfast but it was too much food!

Service was not great at all. Had breakfast, where there was a delay due to no eggs being available, and toast was hard as a rock. Not recommended if you seek a great family area. Buildings and accessories are also neglected badly.

Went there in person. Waitress was not friendly or helpful. She lacked zest for life. However telephonic orders are delivered snappy and their special for two XL pizzas and 4 free milkshakes are definitely worth it. Pizzas are delicious and tasty as well as the thick milkshakes.

Just love a footlong hotdog at this place. Will definitely recommend.Order other dishes now and then, the quality of meals may vary from time to time. Some weeks the curry and rice are great then other times the quality is poor.Staff is normally friendly and can be a bit slow to come take your order.One down side is the beggers or street venders that keep on popping by your car for a quick cent.They also play good movies at night for you to watch while you wait for your food.

It wasn't all that bad aside from the waiter pretty much completely forgetting about us, we ordered food and after waiting for about an hour we realized that we should have just gone with take aways because what we ordered was just taking way too long. We also had to signal to our waiter a couple times to remind her that we're still waiting for our round of drinks, to which she hastly responds to, clearly showing that she forgot about it... Aside from bad service for the last 2 time's we we're there,the food was good, just not entirely out of this world good.
