TTT Properties has been one of my worst experiences by far. Any complaints that was submitted to the Agent/ Owner has been negligently tended to causing me more than R10 000 worth of damage due to leaking roofs and damaged tiles that was not fixed in time. Insurance was rejected due to them not tending to whatever complaint or notice I give in time. The house rented to me was not in good order according to building regulations and no assistance or care to my needs was given. The owners / Agent used family members / friends to fix roof leaks up to the time where insurance declined their claim. This led them to a proper handy man which in turn trey have just complained about for trying to fix their family / friends half-done DIY jobs.

Was really amazed by the service given to us by agent David from TTT. Was extremly knowledgeable on market valuations which helped us tremendously. What a friendly guy and was a PLEASURE doing bussiness with him. Would recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their property. Thanks.

No other agent even went through my mind. He was so friendly, professional and willing to go to great lengths to sell my house and get my price. Every detail was explained and I never once had any concern of the going ons" of this team. I was constantly kept up to date with what was happening

As a buyer, I have this agency to be totally unapproachable. Having shown interest and waited for an agent to make contact from a listing on Property24 website, I tried to call the agent directly a week later.The call was not answered, but went to voicemail where the message said NOT to leave a voicemail but to send an SMS. Half an hour after sending the SMS with the listing code and explaining I had been waiting a week for a response, I received a reply SMS asking for my name. Another week has passed and still no contact from the agent.I resorted to asking an agent from another group if a viewing could be arranged. This was set up and confirmed by the TTT agent, who would meet us at the property and open up for us.At the confirmed date and time the 2nd agent met us at the property to find a sold" board outside and no sign of the TTT agent. Calls made and messages sent went unanswered and apparently 4 days later

I am so impressed at the way TTT property , especially Trevor took care of our needs. Finding a home is the most stressful exercise most of us have experienced but with TTT it was the BEST experience ever. He listened to our requirements , no fussing looking at one home to another , we found exactly what we wanted after a short time , even the registration was a pleasure .
