What a nightmare. They took a week to source a fuel pump. It took me an hour. Two days and they could not find the problem on why my vehicle wont start. If took me an hour to work out it was the fuel pump. Was to spend well over a 100k with these guys. Clearly they don’t have the man power to work they shop. When the owner asked me what the problem was he started shouting at me as he knew he was wrong. I lost 2k with these guys towing my vehicle to them for nothing. But they lost my respect and a lot more money from me. They loss as I worked them out quicker that they can have a beer on a Friday. Waste of time this place. Don’t find them to intelligent either these two guys. In Germany companies like this can close they doors!

I'm extremely happy with work carried out on my Fiat Bravo! Clayton and Giovanni are very knowledgeable about Italian cars, they go the extra mile for customers and and are decently priced and honest! I'm so glad I found Alfia Auto!

Please make 10000% sure you get a quote before they start work!!!!!!, They will try to dodge question around price when asked, and hit you with a possibly shocking price, if you dont get a quote first. Ensure you get every step before hand, as they are not customer focused and will abuse you when questioned!!.. BE CAREFUL!! Will NEVER use them again... Disgusting behavior and verbal abuse from owners and management.As a customer you have the right to question pricing and service, you will be ABUSED if you do.

If you drive an Alfa, you’ll want it looked after by someone who cares about it as much as you do. Alfia is that place. Clayton and Giovanni know more and care more.

Clayton and Giovanni may be passionate alfisti, but they also look after other makes of cars. Ive been sending my Subaru's to them for years and they have always been professional and ethical. Great guys!

I brought my car to have my turbo repaired. The guys where so easy and reasonable to deal with and gave total confidence they knew what they where doing. It was so pleasant dealing with them.

Utter disgust with this company, NO COMMUNICAION!In these times, all a customer wants is communication, you gave us nothing. I had my car there for a week, nobody even looked at her. The only way I knew this, was because I went to retrieve something from my car which I needed, and found her outside not even looked at.I'm warning everyone out there to stay away. Don't waste your time and money. I have subsequently moved my car in added expense to someone who would care to help me.

Thanks to Clayton and Giovanni for sorting my Alfa Giulietta out within a day. Had an engine light issue and lack of power. They implemented a cost effective repair and car now runs smoothly and has all it's power back. Also fixed an oil leak first time. This is the place to go o if you own an Alfa.

I had my Alfa 159 towed to Alfia Auto because of a loud noise coming from the steering.I had done some research beforehand and noticed that one of the high pressure hoses was leaking steering fluid. I made some enquiries about the availability of this pipe and whilst it was available it was horrendously expensive.Clayton gave me a call to say that they would replace the pipe and were going to have it specially made up by a local company. The cost was reduced considerably.They also replaced the fluid reservoir as well as the rear window winder mechanism (which I had provided). Another really nice surprise was that they had taken to the trouble to not only clean the car but the engine as well!The cost for the entire job was extremely reasonable and I will have no hesitation in taking my 159 to them in the future.I found Clayton and Giovanni to be very approachable and helpful. These guys are passionate about Alfas and it shows!
