Thoroughly enjoyed their meal for 2. Affordable and filling with a good variety of flavours.Actually a healthier alternative to most fast food out there and it was still piping hot when it arrived with a pleasant free delivery system.

Suuuuuch nice sweet and sour chicken!10 chicken balls and I got egg fried rice with mine. 100% will order from Salmon House again. Keen to try the sushi next time.

WE WILL BE BACKDEPRIVED for choices of good western-style Chinese cuisine in the Monte Vista suburb and surroundings, for us Salmon House was a wonderful discovery.The other Chinese eatery in Monte Vista that is situated in close proximity to the N1 lost its sparkle years ago, by our reckoning when the younger generation took over from the founders. They just don't seem to have the same passion as their parents.So this discovery now eliminates the need for travels further afield in search of good Chinese food.Be warned, Salmon House is not a dine-in place. So meals are best take-out and consumed in the comfort of your home.We had five seperate dishes.All well presented, attractively pack and exceptionally tasty. All six, three chicken, two beef and a vegetarian, were economically priced.If this is the norm, and there is no reason to believe it isn't, you are in for a pleasant surprise.So whatever the choice might be, you won't be disappointed.From the outside the place is not attractive, but look beyond that as the extensive menu offering will satisfy all, be it western-style Chinese or Sushi.Their is also a Thai food offering.And a delivery service is offered - no additional charge if within a 5km radius of the premises.

A great place for Take away Sushi. They are generous with thier portions of fish, and prepare the food fresh while you wait. I would definitely recommend the Family Platter

Tried them out today on UberEats - so great that they're halaal certified! The sushi was fresh and priced decently for the portion sizes, super happy with those. I also ordered the sweet & sour chicken noodles but found the chicken to be quite greasy :( The noodles were great though. I also find the UberEats prices crazy high compared to the menu on the Facebook page so definitely order and pick up yourself. Can't wait to try other things on the menu!

Tasty sushi, but don't be surprised if you get rude, if any customer service at all.Waited 2 hours for a delivery, which never arrived and I had to go fetch it myself.I was also told twice that my order was waiting for me and yet I had to wait another 20min upon arrival for them to prepare my meal.There were several people waiting with the same story as mine and the only thing we were told was to wait longer.Food tasted good, but the salmon and tuna cuts were poor and some pieces barely had anything on them.

Wow where do I start, we are so disappointed with Salmon House Monte Vista tonight. We have been regular customers for a while now and we normally phone for a delivery order. The previous time we ordered we waited 1hour 40min before our food was delivered and that after we were told it would be 40 min and thought it was just a once off. But tonight was even worse. We placed our order at 18:18 and was told it would take 40min, but after 5 more calls, and told numerous times, we are waiting for the driver, only 10 more min and it's on it's way, 2hours 42min later our order only arrived. How pathetic is that? Where is the customer service? Think twice before ordering from Salmon House Monte Vista.
