Above and Beyond!I broke the key in my taylor blinds and I didn't know what to do. I emailled them a picture of the key. The office staff called me back immediately. Ordered me a replacement from Cape town and came to remove the broken piece still stuck in the shutter. They kept me updated and called on delivery day. Dealing with the staff and after sales service I received was excellent.

Must say not the greatest experience.Started off well with a consultant who gave me a quote and measurements quite quick and i was offered a upfront full payment discount.The installation however was quite tacky, only one screw was used for the blinds not 3 as stipulated by the consultant, who said he would get the installers out again.I waited 2 weeks and called the office and spoke to a lady who said she will get it sorted before Taylor Blinds closed for 2021.We are now in January and no one has come back to me with a date that they can rectify this.
