Food wasn't good. The fish was mush inside soaked from the heat. There was a paper in the box and it was stuck on the batter. The portion was tiny. The lady serving me was sick and coughing non stop. Sounded like a lung concern. Won't be going back here ever

I must just say THE BEST take away FISH AND CHIPS I have had in Cape Town. The Plumsteaed main road is a bit dogs but parking is safe in the Shopping centre next door. This has become a monthly treat for us and they are conveniently open till late 20h00 hours if I recall. Service is not flashy but VERY friendly, efficient, fish always the freshest and fast with no fishy smells that turn me off from other places. This evening Jackie and Naeelah were very friendly and helpful.

For the best Hake yes but definitely not the hot chips don't have any taste and is really horrible...........and the calamari was very Chewie like eating a WILSON BLOCK TOFFEE...........

Why there's no middle cut hake - I'm not sure.The till lady is definitely not the friendliest.Asked for salt and vinegar -- got none -- not sure if the vinegar is diluted.The sauce is sold at R10 each and I bought 2 of them -- doesn't taste great either.The fish was good, thanks for that.

Nice food. Till Lady or persone dealing with my order, don't adhear to my request to place it in the silver paper, as I need it still hot when I stop in Cape Town. Instead it is in their normal paper and nearly cold. I don't have heating facilities.

This place is absolutely amazing! I'm quite picky when it comes to ordering fish and chips and I can say with complete certainty that this place is one of the best. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and most of all, the snoek and chips I ordered was delicious. It was also a very big portion, literally split it between two meals. This place is a definite must see.
