As a Riebeek Kasteel local, we are sadly disappointed with this operation and the way that RVWC blatantly disregards the surrounding community. They spray poison on their fields for no substantiated reason on a windy day, their trucks disregard weight/speed limits while destroying our roads and kicking up clouds of dust into our homes; not to mention that they've broken both telephone and electric cables caused by trucks over the height limit as well as their falling trees. I have tried on multiple occassions to engage with the CEO privately on these matters, to which I've essentially been told that I'm the one who is wrong in responses with no empathy and without a remote attempt at an apology, hence why I'm regrettably here with this review.

One of the best value for money cellars in SA. Great quality wines at affordable prices. Defnitely a must visit!
