RETURN & REFUND POLICY: - Goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase - Goods to be returned in the same condition as they were received, with tags and the original packaging - Proof of purchase required - The cost of returning good is for the customer’s account unless otherwise agreed - No swimwear can be returned or exchanged - No refund or exchange permitted if the goods have been altered, disassembled or customised - In the event of a manufacturing/supplier defect or fault, Mzuri Mamas will replace or exchange the product for a store credit or another item of the same value, within 1 month of the purchase - Certain goods may not be returned, such as pantry items, custom or personalised orders, and personal care goods/beauty products - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards *You may request the full refund policy before purchasing, however, you will receive it when an order is placed* NATIONWIDE SHIPPING - COURIER COST ADDED ONCE ORDER IS PLACED.
