Customer service was excellent, I am enjoying my lounge set. No regrets.

I requested a cream coloured couch, from the colour pallet that I was shown. A few weeks later my couch was ready for delivery but it was a dark brown colour because apparently the manufacturers don’t make the cream colour that I wanted anymore. There was no communication about the colour change - which is extremely unprofessional. I was told if I wanted the cream colour in a different material I’d have to pay an additional amount. I was the one being inconvenienced because I waited for almost three weeks, the colour was not what I wanted and I didn’t receive proper communication. I eventually settled with a couch I’m not fully satisfied with. This was a very expensive mistake. Had I known the pain I’d have to go through for a couch I would have bought one else where.

SCAM!I paid for a couch and was promised delivery over a week ago. I still haven’t received the couch and keep getting told they would deliver tomorrow. I’ve also been refuse a refund multiple times.They charge such a reasonable price because you never get your goods!

Exceptional customer service. Michael assisted us throughout the process. We were not initially happy with the couch we received but the team quickly assisted us with an exchange. We are now satisfied. Great couches at an affordable price.

My guy helped me so effectively,the delivery process was quick and efficient and we Love our two new sectional couches and son Loves his Spiderman chair/couch. It's affordable and we will definitely be buying there in the future.

Very happy with service. Rudi went above and beyond to make a couch in a different fabric for me. I bought two beds, a couch and a dishwasher and happy with all.

Absolutely fantastic service from them. Couch was delivered 3 days before it was supposed due to be ready, and I was kept in communication throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend.

My coner lounge suite was deliverd on time. The delivery team helped carry my lounge suite in to my appartment and was friendly and very helpful. Excelent customer service thank you team.
