Most pathetic service. Do NOT buy from this store!I arranged with staff to collect a book from them on Friday, and they confirmed that they close at 4pm. Arrived there at 2:45 only to find the place closed. Today I am waiting outside - it is 8:41am and the place is still closed and nobody knows anything. This is totally unacceptable and a waste of time! Stick to your advertised operational times!
