Good experience! They regularly run specials on their doughnuts. Have tried the new Reece's doughnuts last weekend en it tasted amazing! They also have delicious drinks in tons of different flavors.. The service was also very good and the staff very friendly. They helped me set up my Krispy Kreme app to get points on my purchases. They also have cool Krispy Kreme Merch, like the shops have.Had a very good experience.

5 minutes ago I was a huge fan of their donuts but after today's experience, they can miss me.General manager Tsidi Sithole failed to deliver good customer service, I have a very basic issue but she failed to assist so I am done.

I am eternally a loyal customer to kolonnade's Krispy Kreme. The donuts are alway fresh and always taste like heaven in a box. Service with a smile is a given any day of the week and the drinks are also exceptional. I would go out of my way to buy here and would wholeheartedly recommend this Krispy Kreme to anyone looking for a reason to smile.
