I've had an exceptionally excellent experience with Hello Indigo Halo. Online ordering went smoothly, and they were quick to send the package out. Unfortunately, the courier was hijacked; however, they resent the package on the same day, at no cost to me. The products are all of great quality, and their customer service was outstanding and warm.

This review is based on my online experience, but I'm 100% sure I will be just as thrilled to visit the shop in the near future. I placed my order yesterday evening and received my Bell Necklace Seed Of Life" this afternoon. I LOVE my new necklace and the sound the bell makes is just exquisite. I also received 3 x CITRINE stones as a gift which I will be giving to my daughter as it is her birthstone. Really impressed with the service and quality - Highly recommend!"

The best shop and online store for all crystals, incense and ornaments. I purchased a beautiful flowing incense burner and it is mesmerizing. Basically the best shop in the world. When I ordered online I got my purchase the next day.

Perfect service! I contacted them via WhatsApp, and they quickly answered all my questions and organized delivery in Cape Town on the same day. The products were nicely packed and protected, and arrived in perfect shape, exactly like shown on their website photos. I would recommend to anyone interested in Hello Indigo Halo :)
