I have found my new hairdresser. The owner is knowledgeable in all things hair. Most, if not all of her products are imported. She is generous with product and is great with styling advice. She's my new favorite person. She's also great at fixing botched up hair. I will be a permanent patron at Bella Rosa. ❤️
