Wow, this is the best. The instructor, is fantastic and you won't be sorry, fittec is great for someone who doest have much time and still wants to get fit and lose a bit of weight. 20mins a week, but believe me if you put in the effort you'll see the results. Make a booking and I really reccomend fittec.. It's also a small business. Which is always great to support. You won't be disappointed..
