The service provided by Dr Penny starts where excellence normally end with other service providers. The quality of service, her professionalism, tact and friendliness is extremely rare in the world, not even to mention SA. My Five-stars is a placid rating depreving her of her true quality.

Great service. Ms Claudia- the Audiologist really took her time in assessing me and did not rush my session. She carried herself professionally and explained all the procedures to me. She even took the time to check up on me and answer some more of my questions a week after the session via email. The rest of the staff is just as kind and professional. The Receptionist responds fast and is knowledgeable about the clinic.

What a delightful experience. My wife was referred to this practice by ENT van Schalkwyk, and we got an appointment with Penny Stevens. The practice was easy to find with lots of parking, and the reception Lizelle is super friendly and helpful. Penny was so attentive and thorough in her explanations and test. My wife & I really felt like we were in the best hands. I would highly recommend this practice.
