I will not be shopping from them again. According to the CPA, you can return a item if it's unopened and have the invoice. I bought body filler yesterday and it was the wrong type to use on fibreglass. They refused to refund it and ended up buying the correct one. Was told that they don't refund consumables but there is no T and C on the invoice. For R106 they have lost a customer. Poor service and will not recommend them to anyone.PS, this was after I mentioned that I was painting on a beach buggy (fibreglass). I would expect the staff to know what to advise the customer on the correct products to buy. It's absolute rubbish to say you can't see it the product has been opened, if you did you open it you will see if the product has been used. The shop should have signs with the t&c.

All I can say is that I am so glad to have found this absolute gem, so I bought HB Body primer paint and clear for my car an F30, and it was brilliant, as good as the best, or the best paint that I have worked with. When Rossen said that the paint was premium, I had slight uncertainty because I had never heard of HB Body before, and as for the color matching, WOW unbelievable, you simply can't tell the difference, even in the hot sun. Friendly and helpful - they will even mix small touch up size bottles (colour matched). Brilliant!
