Foschini is not the same anymore, I struggle to get items here

I went there with my friend ,we selected few item to fit and the lady that was at the door for changing who claimed to be the store manager, said to us next time when you finish fitting you must put back the clothes where u took them we are under staffed ,I was puzzle with the remark coz how is it the customers problem that the shop is failing to hire enough employees, it didn't end there she followed us to the counter where we were about to pay for our stuff with a top stained with a make up I personally apologized for that n she practically forced us to pay for the top until we had to leave everything we wanted to purchase at the till counter. That store manager is clearly unqualified for that position the way the handled the matter was very unprofessional n you could see that there's lack of experience n maturity displayed. I wa very disappointed with the way she had to exchange words with a customer n creating a scene in front of other customers
