I have had such a bad encounter with one of the hair stylist. Named Keisha. As I entered the salon she had an attitude with me pointing and having terrible body language towards me. Belittling me and treating me as if I'm not a potential client. I am highly shocked by this encounter because for someone that has 5 star rating I expected more than this. They will definitely not see me again.

There's a stylist Keshia working there with a very bad attitude doesn't know how to speak to customers she looks at you with disgust in her eyes points in your face as through you her child. She gives the salon a bad name and to think it's such a beautiful place in kraaifontein that has potential to grow but with her there I wouldn't go back as a client I'm so happy and felt very embarrassed by this lady

I absolutely loved it when I was getting my hair washed the the lady assisting me did such a great job massaging my sculpt. I could literally fall a sleep. When I got my nails done the nail tech did a really fantastic job and my cuticles didn't even bleed or burn at many other places you find that this happens but not there definitely going back for more
