MY CLOTHES CAME BACK DIRTIER THAN THEY WERE WHEN I TOOK THEM IN. I will never recommend this service nor use it,ever.

We've had a mostly positive experience here. The pricing isn't too bad, and the service is decent. Our only issue was that they didn't wash all the soap off our down duvet.

Went for just a wash (26 June 17).When I got home I had to rinse all the laundry.There was soap in all my clothes.Defeated the purpose of me not doing it myself. Was so angry

When they destroyed my duvet by tumble drying it in a heated dryer...even though the tag indicated Tumble dry without heat" and their dryer has a "No Heat" setting
