There's nothing worse than the staff discussing you in an African language assuming you don't understand. One gentleman was very friendly and helpful while the lady in dreadlocks and her assistant with nails long enough to damage the plastic covering on newly bought items... If not for that, I'd recommend this place to anyone. But due to this, there are plenty other stores where your business is wanted and appreciated.

Was yesterday there for a computer table but there were no price on it so I've ask them can they give me a price and they said to me the only person you can give me a price is the manager but he is not here. This morning I've gone back to see the manager and they said he is not here maybe after 11.. Ver poor

Very well stocked making it difficult at times to manage between items. Not at all wheelchair friendly as spaces between stock so narrow that a person has to turn sideways to walk.

The worst experience I've had selling an item ever! After leaving the Zambesi branch after waiting for 30 minutes, we waited in a queue for 50 minutes. Literally no one was helped. Not even one customer. No communication from staff at all about the situation. A customer actually asked for an explanation and got half answered. Closing time came, squeezed us in the store, and proceeded to tell us the systems are all offline. Dogshow.
