Cars are simply to die for, pity you cannot take pictures

Great dealership. The staff is the most helpful I have met in a long time. The building is squeeky clean. If you are looking for a investment they will surely be able to help you.

From the start the of the possible transaction everything seemed too much for anyone at the dealership, I wouldn’t recommend ever wasting your time trying to support this dealership, no attention to detail and you feel like you are wasting their time to even get an evaluation on your current vehicle absolutely shocking as an avid car purchaser I wouldn’t waste my time or money with this dealership.

3rd time I visit them. 1st time they wanted to make R600k off me for one deal when I wanted to purchase a Bmw M6. Second time I wanted to buy a GTR with 1.8 million rand extras and they couldn't even send me the modification list which I asked for 2 weeks. Today I drove passed, saw they have a new show room with a 911 Turbo S, went in, spend 30 mins inside, scanning all the cars with not 1 person even saying hello! Drove to Pharoah Auto Investments and it was the absolute opposite! Sales people engaged with Hello's and how are you etc. Won't go back to Fouche ever again, even if they are the only people having what I want. They do have clean cars though.

AVOID !!Contacted Mohammed, the Fouche Sandton contact on Dec 28th 2021 to request some further information on a Land Cruiser 76 that I was interested in. As I live in Cape Town I first wanted to know if this vehicle would be worth flying to JhB for.Received a short answer on the 29th what the price was of the vehicle (as not stated on their website).Requested some further detailed information of the vehicle, including some photo’s (as the photo’s on the website were not very detailed / clear (unlike the otherReceived 3 lines back: Full service history, part of our stock, no photo’s available…Requested again for some more information. Responds, dealership closed until Jan 3rd.Ok, understandable, is the holiday period.Contacted Mohammed again on the 3rd January for the details of this vehicle.Responds, ‘hi sir, back Tom’Contacted Mohammed again on the 5th January for details of the Land Cruiser.No responds…Contacted Mohammed again on the 8th January.No responds from Mohammed.Then later that day, Saturday the 8th January I received some photo’s on WhatApp from an unknown number, turned out to be another employee, Thulani.I finally received some photo’s of the vehicle, although not the ones I requested / asked for. Also they were mixed with some 79 Landcruiser that they had for sale.I asked Thulani if I could receive the details that I had requested.Responds from Thulani: I will check on Monday (the 10th Jan).On Monday the 10th Jan I contacted Thulani, what about the details of the vehicle.Responds from Thulani: ‘I have been busy, will check tomorrow’On Tuesday the 11th Jan received a message from Thulani, sorry the car is sold.. !!!!It was sold on Saturday the 8th Jan and going to Botswana.What an absolute bunch of disrespectful people there at Fouche Sandton.So mr. Mohammad had no dignity / time to reply to my requests, and then on the day that he sold the car asked someone else to take care of my query.What a terrible experience, for what is claiming to be a exclusive car dealership…

I had a very unfriendly experience a Fouche Motors on Saturday Morning!The showroom was quiet busy so I just showed myself around which is not the problem.The problem is that the second i opened the door to a car I wanted a closer look at I was very rudely approached by a thug of a man who looks like he should be working the door of a nightclub not a luxury car showroom and told to not at all open any of the cars!I felt extremely uncomfortable after this so I left immediately!

No matter what your purpose of visiting is, they will always give you the best service, if you are in the market for some epic super cars or even luxury cars you should not hesitate to go and visit them

Bad experience at this dealership, was in the process of buying a car, they even submitted finance application on my behalf and right smack in the middle of the process. They sold a car to another client while I was negotiating a better rate from my banker. Unethical behaviour!!!!!!
