MTN Service Centre

After, more than a hour in the Centurion store, trying to do a SIM swap to eSIM, they just manage to deactivate all my SIM's.He asked me to go to Menlyn, to help me to fix the problem. At Menly they told me it's not supported on iPhone and they can't undo it, because it's still open at Centurion. At that stage Centurion shop was closed, so they can't even call them.This is after I asked them at Centurion, to please confirm or call someone to find out what the issue is. This is the worst service I had at MTN, in the long time I have been with them.Not even mensioning the time spend on multiple calls to the call center, trying to resolve this issue.

We went to MTN to do a simswop and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but we had to wait for quite a while for them to do the paper and computer work. Apparently only one computer of the three was operational.

Poor service at the mtn shop near the checkers entrance. I was told I could not be helped. By chance I ended up going to the one near the Ackermans entrance and I was helped very professionally and efficiently.

The worst service and Manager of a store I have EVER encountered! After struggling for 3 days to help me with my new phone, the best the Manageress could come up with was wear your mask" while I was drinking from a bottle of water. 3 days and zero emails or whatsapp connectivity at a store who sells the product but has no clue how it works. Seriously dissapointing by a privider that I have supported for 23 years. They will NEVER see me again. Btw

Dear MTN store, please just throw away your phone as in the first place you have the wrong number on google maps, secondly your own MTN Call Center doesn't have your number and thirdly your own Mall Admin doesn't even have your number and even after the Mall Admin had to go to you to get the number you have zero interest in answering the call. Clearly you don't really want business or the management of this store should look into the staff and the service they provide urgently. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!

Molemo helped us today. He is layed back but super helpful, which is great if you feel a little frustrated by all the admin of contact changes etc. 5 stars for Molemo and ATM.

The average rating that MTN scores here is accurate. Pity zero stars is not an option. MTN's service is indescribably poor and conflicting - the call centre advises that your request can only be resolved in store, and in- store they cannot resolve your query - and all I'm trying to do is to block my sister's lost mobile phone (she is in hospital). Countless calls later, several conflicting pieces of advice fruitlessly followed, and one physical visit to the store - essentially risking my health during a pandemic - and the phone is still not blocked.MTN, your service is a disgrace.

I have been back twice. Still not resolved. Tried to phone. Lines down. Got message to manager who promised me someone would phone me. Waited all day no one phoned. I can't go in again as I have two family members positive with covid. Have no idea now how I am going to get it resolved as must quaratine for 14 days!! And can't phone them???

I wish you were allowed to select no stars!! Phone as much as you want, they don't answer and if you ring long enough they pick up the phone and just drop the call immediately! Useless!

I lost hope with that store. Calls are not answered at all. I wonder if management even checks reviews.
